Description

Luxurious strawberries dipped in rich chocolate and topped with gold, rose petals, pistachios, and saffron—straight from Dubai inspiration.


Ingredients

  • 12 fresh strawberries, washed and dried
  • 150g dark Belgian or Emirati chocolate, chopped
  • 1 tsp ground cardamom (optional)
  • 2 tbsp crushed pistachios
  • 1 tbsp dried rose petals
  • Edible gold leaf (optional)
  • Saffron strands (optional)

Instructions

  • Line a tray with parchment paper.
  • Melt chocolate in a double boiler or microwave (15-sec intervals).
  • Add cardamom and stir.
  • Dip each dry strawberry into chocolate.
  • Immediately top with pistachios, rose petals, saffron, or gold leaf.
  • Place on tray and chill for 15 minutes.
  • Serve or gift beautifully.

Notes

  • Make sure strawberries are completely dry before dipping.
  • Do not touch gold leaf with fingers—use tweezers.
