- 1/2 cup crushed cornflakes
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 cups milk chocolate chips
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix peanut butter, crushed cornflakes, powdered sugar, and vanilla until well combined.
- Shape the mixture into rectangular bar shapes and place on a lined tray.
- Melt chocolate chips in the microwave and dip each bar to coat evenly.
- Refrigerate the bars for at least 30 minutes or until firm. Serve chilled.
Notes
Feel free to substitute dark chocolate for a richer flavor. These bars store well in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
